SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Currency

All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

2. Shipping

We currently only ship to Australia.We ship your order within a reasonable time of accepting your order and deliver to the premises at your cost. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order or any part of your order. Products over the value of $100 are shipped free within Australia.You will be emailed a tracking reference number once we ship your order.

All deliveries will be made via courier service where a signature is required. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address to provide this. If there's a safe place where your order can be left, please add the details on the delivery instructions during checkout.

In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier should leave a notification card and re-attempt the following working day. The courier will attempt delivery of the order on 2 consecutive working days, unless they are instructed by the recipient or a member of our Customer Service team to hold for a future delivery date. Should the courier be unable to complete delivery after the 2 attempts have been made, your order will be returned to us. In these cases Wicked Wix The Natural Candle Company reserve the right to charge you again for any return and re-send costs that we incur

3. Refund policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do.

4. Return Policy

We will only accept the return of Products if we accept that the Products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, in which case we will (at our option) replace the Products or credit your Credit Card Account with a full refund.

You may not return products if you change your mind.

All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging (except for defective or faulty or damaged products) and must be accompanied by an explanation for returning products.

5. Damages Claim

All reports for damages in relation to products delivered to your premises should be advised immediately. We will require photographic evidence of any damages to products delivered. Please contact us immediately at wholesale@wickedwix.com.au to report any damages. Any claim for damages must be advised within 2 business days of receipt of your order.

6. Customer service policy

Wicked Wix The Natural Candle Company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

7. Title and Risk Policy

We remain the owner of the Products we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe us for all the Products. The Products are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you
